I am a first-year design graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University with a major in Communication Planning and Information Design, an educational path that focuses on a
combination of information design, interaction design, and writing.
In the past few years, I have worked as a multimedia journalist for ABCNews.com and for SXSW Interactive while simultaneously working as a Web design consultant for the University of Texas.
I write a Web column for the National Examiner Web site and do/have done both freelance writing and design on the side.
I obtained a BA in Communications- Multimedia Journalism from the University of Texas in 2009.
